We begin with your existing system and workflow. Any recommended changes, service fees, and payroll software subscriptions are discussed with you before you start.
Are recruiting and interviews included?
Your GM interviews candidates and decides who to hire. We coordinate onboarding and payroll setup after that decision. Recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, and broader HR services are available through a separately priced level of support.
