Alyssa founded Hatch & Huddle after seeing how often small business owners were expected to manage payroll, employee issues, compliance, and operations without an internal department to lean on.
Today, she works directly with every client and leads a Texas based team that gets the work done. Alyssa remains personally involved in each partnership, so owners always have a real person to call who already knows their company.

Jennifer brings more than five years of experience across HR, payroll, and employee operations. She supports the dependable day to day work behind every partnership, from onboarding and payroll coordination to employee questions and documentation.
RESTAURANT PARTNERSHIPS | AUSTIN
Jordin “JoJo”
JoJo supports Hatch & Huddle’s restaurant partnerships throughout the Austin area, connecting with local owners and operators and introducing them to H&H’s hands on HR and employee support. With firsthand experience in restaurant operations and management, he understands the fast paced realities restaurant leaders face and helps connect them with the right support from our team.
CREATIVE DESIGNER
Joshua Waltz
Joshua shaped the Hatch & Huddle brand and helps growing businesses present themselves with clarity and confidence. A United States Army veteran, he brings discipline, creativity, and thoughtful execution to every project.
IT INTERN
Clarissa Gonzalez
Clarissa is pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems at Texas A&M University San Antonio. She supports internal technology, system setup, and process improvements that keep our work organized and efficient.
